Website information
Cookie and storage choices
The current website does not load a third-party analytics script. It uses a small amount of browser storage for the choices and features described below.
Pre-launch draft · The business’s final legal identity, address, approved retention periods and adviser-reviewed wording must be confirmed before publication.
Necessary and preference storage
- provida-theme keeps your light or dark theme preference on this device until you clear it.
- website-assistant-session:* and its :created-at value identify the website conversation and support abuse limits. They use local storage; the assistant reuses the identifier for up to 24 hours before replacing it. The stored values remain on this device until replaced or cleared.
- __Host-provida_session is a necessary, secure, HttpOnly sign-in cookie with a maximum age of 12 hours. It gives access to your customer account; it is not an analytics identifier.
- __Host-provida_customer_preview is a separate necessary staff-support preview cookie, valid for up to 30 minutes. A staff preview also requires an authorised staff session and does not change the customer’s account.
- provida-analytics-consent remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics until you change the choice or clear browser storage.
Optional analytics storage
- provida-analytics-session is created only after you allow analytics.
- It is a random session identifier, is kept in session storage and is not an enquiry or account identifier.
- provida-analytics-source stores a bounded traffic-source category for the session after analytics is allowed. It does not contain a customer name or form/chat content.
- Allowed events contain a bounded event name, placement/service slug where relevant and a same-site route—not chat text or form/contact details.
Change your choice
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer at any time. Choosing necessary only removes the optional analytics session identifier and prevents later browser events. It does not remove operational records you deliberately submitted as a service enquiry.
Future providers
Any future analytics, embedded media or marketing technology must be added to this explanation and the consent controls before it is enabled. A provider must not be introduced merely by pasting tracking calls throughout the application.
